It is evident that the owners at Moh Guan Terrace are plantsman, as seen from the abundant houseplants in the apartment. The balcony was restored and serves as the perfect escape from the hectic pace of modern life. The greeneries are accompanied by a green moss accent wall and kitchen cabinets, creating a consistent colour theme that’s pleasing to the eyes.
Given the slim layout of the apartment, the decision to tear down the walls in the communal area gives illusion to a larger space and allows greater flexibility between areas. Bright and bold colours are used within the apartment, giving each space a unique character. The combination of retro styles with modern details turned the apartment into a spectacular, picture-perfect living space.
