Membership will auto-renew annually and charged to the same credit card.
A reminder email will be sent from [email protected] 30 days before renewal. Please add [email protected] to your address book, to not miss the renewal email.
To cancel your membership, please notify [email protected] 14 days before renewal date so as not to incur processing fees.
As IDCS is a non-profit organisation, we are not able to absorb processing fees. If case of refunds, we seek your understanding that IDCS will only issue refunds after deducting the processing fees (if any).
