- Registration of members attending in person and virtually: Council/ Members/ Invitees;
- President’s Address;
- Interim Financial Report;
- Nomination and election of Council members;
- Nomination and election of Executive Committee members;
- Any Other Business.
To consider and transact any other business of which advance notice must be given by 12:00 noon, Thursday 19th June 2025 to the IDCS Secretariat via email at [email protected]
For the avoidance of doubt, only current financial Fellow/Professional/Associate members are eligible to vote.
Please download and complete the Proxy Form if you are not attending. The deadline for submission of the Proxy Form is 12:00 noon, Monday 23rd June 2025 by email to the IDCS Secretariat.
Please note that if you choose neither to attend nor submit your proxy to a person present, then your vote will be delegated to the President in his discretion to exercise the vote.
